Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Your promo code for being a new customer never came thru... then came thru the second my order went thru after I'd paid full price! Then your cancel my order button doesn't work "oops something has gone wrong our end". Clearly problems your end. Rex at customer service didn't read the complaint correctly and simply left me to it - return the item! Thanks for rubbish service. You USED to be so good...

I have to say I was bit annoyed when I received my order as one of my items were wrong however I saw that the ref was correct but the item inside was wrong. I straight away emailed and even though it says it will reply within 24 hours I got a response with a couple of hours. The wrong item was sorting out with within a day and have my correct order in its way as I write this

Just had a need to contact Wallis’ customer service and couldn’t fault them whatsoever. I was in contact with Andrew who was very quick to respond and resolve my problem which was a pair of sandals I had bought a few months ago, the strap broke. No quibble and a replacement pair being sent. Well done Andrew and Wallis.

I contacted Wallis customer service via email regarding how to track my recent return.. I received a prompt, helpful reply from Ellizza & Joseph.. Thank you both for excellent customer service..
Poor quality, standards are slipped!
I purchased a dress for my sons wedding. I was shocked at how awful it was when it arrived, my memories of Wallis have been shattered, they were always my "go to" shop for special clothing, not anymore. I've had to chase for the refund and refunding of the postage because it was so poor. CS has been good even though there has been a lot of email traffic to chase for refunds.

Great customer service with a personal touch!
I regularly buy from Wallis via the app. Unfortunately Wallis got an order a bit mixed up. I ordered again and missed out on the weekend deal and it cost a bit more. I told Wallis and they didn’t hesitate to refund the difference. In addition it was super easy to contact them and it’s certainly not like talking to a robot on the chat: Nikki’s sense of humour is as sharp as their customer service. Thanks Wallis. Will be purchasing again soon.

Helpful, but.
I had to email Wallis as my order that I paid unlimited next day delivery for had not arrived. I was contacted a few hours later by Viamarie, who explained that I had should have selected next day delivery instead of standard delivery. She was very helpful.
I do think however, if you've gone to the trouble to pay for unlimited free next day delivery it should be automatically set up on your account.
Wallis also needs a proper customer service centre where you actually speak to someone instead of having it online. It is clear from the reviews there is an issue which Wallis needs to take seriously.

Atrocious
Atrocious. It took a number of emails to get a £5.99 next day delivery charge refunded when my order took 4 days to arrive. I needed next day delivery as I planned to take clothes on holiday with me. Absolutely useless 4 days late. I was on holiday when the parcel arrived and due to the holiday and covid I have not been able to return unwanted goods in the specified 28 days. I am now being refused a return. Very poor customer service. Previously shopped at wallis a lot but now tend to shop at next who provide next day delivery, and their customer service is excellent. Last time I shop at wallis.

Wrong picture on the website - several messages back and forth to the Facebook team who never really read the messages, copied in a standard answer and ignored my request for complains. And yet they kept taking the money for the orders they cancelled (stock issues apparently) - leaving me to wait a week for a refund.!!!! Never ever buying from them again. Worst customer service! Incompetent

Great Service from Wallis
I would like to acknowledge some outstanding customer service from Wallis.
In the last couple of days I had a few problems returning an unwanted garment.
I received great service and would like to mention the following employees Jerome,Camille,Patricia F, Matthew and Aubrey. They showed enormous patience and great customer care.
